Qeema is a traditional South Asian meat dish. Originally this word meant minced meat.

It is typically minced mutton curry with peas or potatoes. Qeema can be made from almost any meat, can be cooked by stewing or frying, and can be formed into kebabs.

Ingredients. Salt ¾ ts, 1ts chilli powder, 1ts coriander powder, 1ts cumin seeds and ½ ts turmeric powder, garam masala ½ ts. Potatoes 2 md sz, 1 inch ginger, 1 whole md sz garlic, 1 md sz onion. Peas 1cup and tomatoes 2 md-large sz and fresh coriander. Cooking oil 1/2 cup.
